What are unwanted behaviours?
Sometimes people have behaviours which they want to change, or which stop them from forming relationships for example. Behaviours are normally automatic, by that I mean that if we are in specific circumstances then we will tend to behave in a similar way. For example if someone points a camera at you, then you will probably go into the behaviour of posing for the camera automatically.
How can hypnotherapy help me?
